Orders of $100 or more are shipped for FREE (US orders only)

If the shipping charges are extremely more than what it cost to actually ship your items,

you will be partially refunded.

Local Pick-ups = FREE

Oshkosh Delivery = $3.00

Orders will be shipped via UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority Mail.

**Please note that all internet orders are set up to charge regular shipping charges.  If you live in the Oshkosh area and would like delivery or to pick up the order, please call, email or mail your order.  You will be notified when the order is ready.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

EZYDog collars, leashes, and harnesses may be EXCHANGED for proper sizes ONLY if the item is still new with tag and never used.  You must pay for your return shipping.  We will exchange and mail the item at no extra cost to you.

While we attempt to have quality merchandise in our shop, defects can occur in the workmanship of the product.  If such an event occurs, you will need to directly contact the respective retail company (i.e., EZYDog, Outward Hound, etc).  Your receipt will be needed for this.
